Developer of the initial Flight Simulator Networking and High Level Architecture (HLA) Road Map for Air Mobility Command. Program demonstrated the feasibility for performing high precision, real-time networked tasks with heavy jet flight simulators.

Detailed knowledge of systems and operational requirements for Strategic and Tactical Airlift. Over 4000 hours of military flight operations experience. Extensive Tactical and Air Refueling Instruction experience.

Architect of Air Mobility Command’s ten-year, $300 million effort to upgrade its simulators to advanced FAA flight training equivalent.As of 1999 program resulted in annual savings in excess of $21 million. Further increases expected.

Managed $750 million in Air Force Training equipment and directed simulator certification of 75 devices.

Air Force C-141 Simulator Certification Pilot.  Principal subject matter expert for development of C-5/C-141 Air Refueling Part Task Trainer (ARPTT) flow field development.
